4. Perform root cause analysis and unit testing ensuring high quality of fixes.

Key Account Executive duties and responsibilities

1. Responsible for the sales numbers from the India & International region through Inboundand Outbound Channels

Project Manager

Position Overview

Uffizio India Software Consultants Pvt. Ltd is looking for a Project Manager who can take over all
responsibilities of entire software development function from getting requirement from BA to deploy fully tested working features on live servers.

The Project Manager is accountable for efficient and effective software development

He/ She shall be good in planning of sprints, controlling entire development function, organize resources and coordinate with resources for completion of project as per scope and time. He/ She should prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project, productivity of employees.

He/ She will work directly with all stakeholders to ensure that all deliverables fall within the applicable scope and delivered as per schedule without errors.

The Project Manager @ Uffizio would undertake following roles and responsibilities:

1. He/ She shall coordinate internal resources and other stakeholders for the timely execution of projects.
2. He/ She shall ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and errorfree.
3. He/ She shall assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant
   stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility as well timely delivery with quality
4. He / She shall perform strategic resource planning and ensure resource availability also need to oversee resource allocation to sprints / project.
5. He/ She shall develop a detailed plan to monitor and track progress of sprints and resource work quality.
6. He / She shall measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, generate various data for proper decision making.
7. He / She shall Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
8. He / She shall conduct risk assessment in order to minimize the risk in projects.
9. He / She shall Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
10. He / She shall create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
11. He / She shall demonstrate exceptional leadership and create second line leadership in
    development function.

Qualifications:

1. Prior experience as a project manager role in IT Company preferably enterprise SaaS technology.
2. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
3. Demonstrated experience in leadership and looking over P & L from Software Development perspective.
